Springer Spaniel - 8 weeks old to 2 years growing up
Ever since our Springer Spaniel, Fly, came into our home when he was just 8 weeks old I've been taking videos of him to see how he grows. This is from the first day home to his second birthday. All taken in and around our home in North Wales, he's made our little family. I want to carry this on for the years to come.

A Springer Spaniel is a great pet that needs plenty exercise. It needs to be made a fuss of. Needs lots & lots of Love.

Adorable Springer, he is a beautiful boy. I love this breed and have had 2 of them so far and will go for another one with no hesitation if I get another dog 😍

Can't wait. I get my Springer Puppy in around 6 weeks (he is almost 2 weeks old now). Had one 30 years ago and loved it. Now I am 50 and we will be keeping each other fit as we venture across the moors as I live next to the Pennine foothills and it gets lonely out on my own trekking across the countryside. Now I am going to have a perfect companion.

Mark Anthony Best of luck! I agree, walking alone is rubbish and having a crazy ball of madness with you makes for a lot more fun (with occasional shouting lol). Living in the Pennines you’re bound to have some amazing adventures

I've been thinking for a while to get a Springer puppy for my girlfriend as she wants a Cocker (Cockers are very common and popular where I live). I just saw this video and loved it. What a beautiful dog and landscape!

great movie ! i go springer spaniel ( jessy) and she is exactly the same . Always wants to be outside and walk into fileds . Love my dog, She is 8 yeras old now.

Picking up our chocolate springer on 10th August, so excited!! We live 2 minutes walk from the sea, looking forward to taking her to the beach!!

They have rage syndrome and are used in some police departments as sniffer dogs. They are very good hunters. I own one and it had blue eyes when it was a puppy and we’ve had him for 2 years now and his eyes changed from blue to brown.
Aw he is too cute!! I'm getting my own baby boy springer spaniel in three weeks. I can't wait!!

Izabella Harris That's a gorgeous name! You'll have to keep me posted. They're smart and love to be mentally stimulated so pick things up quick but they also pick up bad habits quick. Definitely worth the effort though. We've always had spaniels or collies and both are super smart breeds but I think spaniels are super naughty too 😉

One Question ! I just got a spring and it's a boy his mom is short and his dad is the size of your spring spaniel Will my spring spaniel grow like his dad or end up short like his mom?

coolgirl yappp Hey! Congratulations on your new addition! I guess they're like people, sometimes they take after one or the other and sometimes they're a mix. His mum was a lot smaller and his dad maybe a little bigger than him but he's still got a lot of filling out to do. Best of luck with your spaniel.

I have a 3 month old Springer and already he's so full of energy. But big walks aren't good for puppies so we take him to the field behind the house and throw toys across it to tire him out otherwise he tries to destroy Everything

Do what we did and get another springer and they can tire each other out while you get a nap. Watch out when they discover hunting and they bring their kills home.
