Top thing you need to know about Rhodes Ranch is that if you order food and don't tell the driver they need to enter on the backside and if you don't tip extra for the extra time and mileage, you're an ahole.

Agreed that would be hard. I grew up delivering furniture to communities like this one and it was always the worst trying to find the correct entrance when the clients didn’t let us know. And tips were very rare
