Brand of gear has nothing to do with "minimalist" ..but you already knew that. Nice gear list but add some chalk to go with that box call and put a sling on that gun. Run and gun is the way I prefer also but sometimes I'll add a small book to pass time when I know toms are near but playing the waiting game. But I will be wearing a vest for sure if bringing those items.

@@davidbroyles7293 Thats exactly what minimalist means... going with as little as possible. Buying a 2 thousand dollar pair of binos is not minimalist. Also bringing 8 calls is mot minimalist so he's wrong either way you look at it. But you already knew that?

@@usernamehere6061 Then you go butt ass naked except a gun? A pair of binos is mandatory for any serious turkey hunter. Calls? I guess if you have one call your not a minimalist, I've ambushed turkeys with never using the calls on me. Bud you attached a price point here and that has NOTHING to do with being a minimalist. Go out with your $75 bino's and walmart boots, you minimalist you.
