The Dollar Tree actually sells a set of 6 plastic round napkins rings that are perfect to DIY. You can wrap them with jute, ribbons, fabric , trims , buttons, The possibilities are endless and they are sturdy. Blue and yellow is always my go to color scheme , as I am not a pink pastelly kind of girl. My favorite is the chair baskets! What a charming idea. You can actually keep the decoupage plates by using them as a charg, with a clear glass plate on top for the food... so you see the pattern underneath.

I hate burning my fingers with hot glue, so I use a long wooden chopstick to hold things down or to smooth out hot glued seams, etc.

One idea I thought of when you were making the “disposable glass plate” is to decoupage the guests name on the plate and set it on the stack for salads or rolls. It’s an easy to identify where people sit without the name tents. Just another idea. I love your video’s. The napkin bunny ears would also start great with a shower curtain ring rather than try to cover the toilet paper roll piece. I agree with you when they are so cheap why make them though?

I think I want to use daisies this year!!!

I love making decoupage plates as there are so many designs to chose from. I use fabric though and there is washable Mod Podge so they’ll last. Your table scrape selections are very pretty. Happy Easter to you and your family!
