You’ll probably really like the new Torino 22 since you mentioned br540 and Greenwich Village. Torino 22 starts out aromatic green and dries down to a masculine leaning BR540 smell. It’s awesome

Great video. A lot of great ones you have there. Silver mountain water is my favorite from my collection along with Bleu de Chanel. If you want a sick layer,try Allure Homme sport with Bleu de Chanel. Trust me. Your combo with Aventus and Baccarat is on point. My wife tried it and loved it. I don’t wear baccarat rouge and feel it’s only for women. I wouldn’t wear that if someone paid me. But on a woman it’s 🔥

Great review as always , I got to check the LV house , got those creeds def no lies on the classics . Definitely got to check Van cleef & arpel one and the intio is on the list the Rehab one especially. I have recently picked up the two Parfums from the House of Roja the midsummer dream exlcusively sold at Saks and Burlington 1819 , I wonder if you smelled those yet and will like to hear your response to those fragrances both are very enjoyable 💫🤑

Especially for the change of the seasons I’ve here in Pittsburgh I definitely have to switch it up. Lately I’ve been rocking the savage. I’ve all of them and get hella compliments at work. But my next one is going to be the one you mentioned the Valentino . I’ve been buying all mines from Macys which can be kinda pricey but definitely trying to find another site that’s legit that I can get more for my money. I appreciate you sharing these daily. I didn’t like Afternoon Swim at first but the dry down was where it’s at Silver Mountain Water is one of my go tos

I tried imagination at the LV store at the bellagio in Vegas. And I gotta say that clean soapy hint it has at the end of the scent is unbelievable. This is my new #1 cologne for the rest of this year lol.

I just found your page and I’m already a fan. I have 5 fragrances off your list already. I have Afternoon Swim, Silver Mountain Water, Virgin Island Water, Aventus and Baccarat. Since I trust your recommendations I went ahead and ordered Greenwich Village as a blind buy and love it. Im currently looking for a new signature Summer scent because LV discontinued Sun Song and I didn’t find out until a week ago when I went for a refill. Going off your list I’m gonna recommend you try (if you haven’t already) MFK Aqua Celestia. It gives me Afternoon Swim vibes but a little more pronounced. I just purchased my 2nd bottle of it. Keep those recommendations coming!

LV didn’t let you choose another fragrance and charge you for the refill price? I was told that by a client advisor when I called customer service to confirm what I was told in store - asked the SA in store if Meteore is discontinued like Cactus Garden and Sun Song between now and when my bottle is my empty for the 1st time, what happens? He asked his store manager b/c he didn’t really know and told me i would be able to choose another fragrance of the same price, so anything that’s now $300 for 100ml and pay the refill price, so parfum/extrait concentration and the oud/middle eastern fragrances you wouldn’t be able to get. Called cust service a few days later b/c I came across bottles of cactus garden and sun song that were ~98ml/100ml for only $395 (normally listed for $600-$2000), and they told me the same thing. I know LV can sometimes have varying policies and are allowed to be somewhat autonomous in that respect. Because I’ve also been told the opposite by another client advisor over the customer service chat online, so it kind of just depends on the store it sounds like. I would at least try going to a few different stores and try to get another fragrance kf the same value as sun song for the refill price which comes out to like a 38% discount if you have the 100ml. The 200ml is only like $60 off for refill which is hella weak. The store I was told this in was the LV inside Bloomingdales at the Westfield Mall in San Francisco.

FP, Hello! Nice list. I'd say in regards to creed M I, the gold bottle pales in comparison to an older Discontinued 120ML/75ML bottle. If you can find an older bottle that's been well preserved you'll see a great difference. Same with Creed VIW. Older blue cap bottle puts more emphasis on coconut, while Silver cap bottle puts more emphasis on lime, rum note. People like what they like & that's fine, as we all have difference taste, just sharing. Thank you for sharing. A2!

I have L’immensite, imagination and afternoon swim. I agree with all but the old school scent L’immensite reminds me of is like a fancy tommy by Tommy Hilfiger cologne. Same vibe. Everyone rocked tommy in the late 90s. Maybe that’s why?

What’s good Perfume Princess. I appreciate the energy and the presentation is always on point! I have most of the fragrances that you mentioned but I do need to get: Imagination and Afternoon Swim by LV,Governor Island and Milliseme Imperial and Santal Blanc. I’m definitely going to add these to my collection and put them in rotation for the Spring and Summer. I’m going to Antigua in June so I’m definitely looking forward to rocking some of these. I smelled Millesime Imperial while I was in Vegas and added it to my list by time I left the mall. I couldn’t stop smelling my wrist.

This list is 🔥🔥🔥🔥 wearing Millesime Imperial right now and wore SMW yesterday! What about 40 knots from Xerjoff?? I need to get my nose on Torino 21! I need to try Santal Blanc too, I like Santal Dan Sha from Armani Prive it’s a lighter Santal fragrance like Santal 33’s boujee cousin.

First time I see you and I am shocked (in a good way) of how close your descriptions are to the real smell. Beside, I have the same tastes and same dislakies. That was enough to subscribe. Meteore one of my friends gifted me some days ago, cos she got crazy when smellt it on a guy and asked the perfume name. I don't know why but ladies go nuts with it. (same for Percival) Afternoon swim i use for special occasions Becuase is so massappealing and positive vibes. (totally an everyday scent thought with such a round and delicious mandarin juice and amber Gris.) Silver mountain i do like but I use mefisto as my everyday scent (signature) in summer as it is more like tiare flower and delicate. Gentle fluidity is a huge projector and everyone asks me what I wear when I wear it is so invigorating and refreshing (like a gin tonic smell) dry down like a sauvag-like. I want to blind buy greenly but I am not sure yet. Need to get a sample. Another signature scent I use in summer is Parisian musc, immagine phylosophicos but more powdery fresher, less woodsier and more frutier fig. Very clean. U should try.

Wow, looks like we have very similar tastes. Percival was my first PDM love. It has become one of my signatures. Of course, I also love Greenley. MFK GFS is probably my most worn scent. I love to wear it to the office. And then … omg … LV Imagination. 🤩 After 2 big samples, I had to buy a full bottle of it. Can’t be without it. 😅 I should probably give Météore a try. Oh, I almost forgot: I recently blind bought Torino 21. No risk, no fun. And … I’m very happy about my choice. You gotta take some risks sometimes…

LV is one of my favorite houses. I own L’Immensite, Meteore, Afternoon Swim, Imagination, California Dream, Sur La Route, Sun Song, and Cactus Garden. I also love Sospiro Vibrato, Nishane Wulong Cha, and Aventus Cologne. Can’t wait to wear them all once it gets warmer!

@joeschmidt6597 it's a citrus and woods fragrance. 7-8 hours is exceptional for this type of scent profile. Vibrato gives similar longevity, although it has more depth.

Living in Texas these are all hits and I have majority of them. I’d definitely add Roja Elysium to this list though along with Amouage Reflection 45 & Chanel’s Edition Blanche EDP as the only designer in terms of summer frags (that definitely delivers niche quality)

I found MFK Gentle Fluidity Silver at Marshall’s last year and snatched it up! I thought I could wear it as an androgynous scent but it is definitely too masculine for me to pull off. So I ended up gifting it to my dad and he loves it.

Wow wow wow….. This 540 layered with the Aventus is a Masterpiece!!!! Excellent little gem you dropped. It reminds me of Angel by Thierry Mugler, but rich as hell. It’s giving chocolate!!! And a projecting beast… Obviously long lasting for 12+ hours….. Amazing… Thanks Zoe

Great work and well-researched. LV - L’Immensite is sublime elegance. Imagination is very clean. Great choices. Meteore comes in maybe 6th/7th well after Afternoon Swim. MFK - Gentle Fluidity Silver superb. Number 2 after Grand Soir. Amryis Homme also great choice. Xerjoff - Alexandria 2 is a sublime amber. Torino to me is too involved IMO. Creed - just because others wear doesn’t make it at the top. Imperial is great but it comes after Bois de Portugal and Royal Oud. Silver Mountain Water superb in summer. Silver is before Imperial. Aventus overrated. Middle of pack. All of these are wonderful. Virgin not for me. Silver is just fine. Original Vetiver and Original Santal both underrated. PFM - Greenlee is a no go. Herod and Percival are all that you need. Bond - Amber, Emerald and Sutton Place are all you need for men. Citrine and Jade for the ladies. Santal 33 is a no go. Santal 26 candle? Yes. Initial - only Side Effect.
