@@ericp.1508 Ya, I know how the trash business works & I have worked for Repubic before. I could have lifted that can. The can he lifted in a previous stop didn't look any heavier & he lifted that one. And they are 2 siding which is suppose to be against company safety policy. That is an instant write up.
