aw thank you so much! 🥹 i don’t use any specific prompts, but in the morning i typically write what i hope for the day, how i want it to go, etc. and in the evening i typically reflect on how my day went and write down anything i want to remember from it! 🤍

Do you have any tips on going on solo dates/places by yourself? I want to try to start going to places by myself instead of waiting for when my friends are free but I feel awkward about it and I feel kinda weird when I see other ppl with friends and me going by myself to places 😓

i actually don’t do this much myself because i can be very shy haha 🥹 but i’d say it’s important to remember that so many people go places alone, and everyone is focused on what they’re doing not what you’re doing 🤍 you deserve to feel comfortable and confident in your own presence, and should do what you enjoy with or without others :)
