I just added 3 gardens at my home. 1 near our front porch with cardboard, stepping stones, mulch on top of weed fabric. & 3 just mulch & weed fabric with landscape timbers around my deck in the back. The cardboard really does help. Your cushions cleaned up great! Looking good

Thank you! I need to find another way to store the cushions over the winter, that was a lot of work..lol . Wow, thanks for letting me about the cardboard and mulch. ☺️

Mine is kind of a long process, but never had a problem….I use Lysol mold and mildew remover or kaboom mold and mildew remover…if the covers come off I wash them in the washing machine…I have cream color also usually materiaL made for outdoor use doesn’t bleach out, but you can do a spot test…the trick is to make sure everything is dry before you put them away…my covers come off so after washing and drying I store them folded in a clear plastic bag…I get the Home Depot brand 45 gallon trash bags…then I store the inner cushion separate in a plastic bag…my stay in a back basement…on top of A folding table I place everything cushions, inner pads, throw pillows…next year take them out of the bags put the cushions in and they’re good to go…just need to mAke sure everything in completely dry before putting them in the plastic bags…I also sit on them in the plastic and make sure to get as much air out as possible……the tub and tile cleaner I keep on hand to spot clean during the summer…green tint is mold as the mold dry it become black…so it’s better to get it off when it’s green…summer is humid and if there is no circulation with air the cushions will pick up mold…if you have a fan that will help to circulate the air…the finished project looks beautiful you guys did an amazing job…have a blessed day💗💗💗
