I think they made this fight so frustrating just so they will not hear you say "overall that is quite a straightforward fight" or "and you can kill him really really quicly". Think they did good job.

Yeah Shang Chi is also good option with class disadvantage, you can complete 2 goals with him in single run 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

I used Shang chi to get the carina and 2021 hero objectives and it went great. You can just continuously dex him and never hit him to build your charges and despite the node that keeps you from landing crits his sp2 crits are still guaranteed. Thanks for the great content as usual!

yeah just continuously dex him thousand times like a computer.

If you have a r5 6* fantman, hes excellent to use to PRACTICE against him, because of the glancing mitigates the damage he does a lot. Fantman doesn't count for the objectives but he allows the fight to continue longer so you use less energy practicing until you're confident dexing that sp1 and get used to the terrible ai

This is taking me 100's of fights to learn his special 1. Getting clipped on the first Dex can practically kill you or you get caught out by a random Dauntless. I can't practice fight him as I don't have him in any star variety, so it's Live Die Repeat on this main joker, over and over again. I'm finally getting there with Shang Chi. I got him down to 63% without boosts. I will keep restarting till I Solo to learn properly / save revives / save units. However, who will save my soul?! This fight is horrific!

Thx for the video. I had to go Shang chi route. Got him with 1 revive because the stun from 5 hit combo failed

I did it with Hercules and yes it was super frustrating i can feel your pain

During his SP1 dash into him inbetween his second last and last hit, dex and you got a free opening

Did anyone else get the Deathless King Groot objective instead of the medium Avenger objective?

I spent countless energy refills to get his l1 down. Took 7 revives to get him down with Shang chi. Not terrible for 2 objectives

Took 2 revive after 21 tries

The biggest problem is the AI, Hercs infuriate negated that terrible AI

If you crit he’ll apply neuroshock it willl be more pain than no crit.

What would be good option besides photon ?

His side step intercepts are so damn annoying

The fact that one fight is talking this long isn’t funny to me. If you kids playing the game that’s fine. But adults, responsible men, who paying money to play this game shouldn’t tolerate stuff like this and should express dissatisfaction on this fight design. We already got plenty to do in game and design a fight like this imo is an insult to the community. I don’t really care how content creators feel about it cos they make money from their content. It’s a side hustle, so it’s worth it for them. But the majority of the player base, it’s not. It’s just our time and money.
