I like Allison's spring routines are productive and clean

seeing a balanced, healthy relationship is so eye opening- especially since i grew up in a household with parents constantly fighting, mom was required to do everything from teaching my sister and i, cooking, cleaning the house, looking after us etc after a long day of work where as my dad just went to sleep, most of the time he didnt even come back home. Woah

I love how you add small luxuries to your day like the goat cheese and the wine glass for your kombucha. It sets the intention.
