I quit ballet because of my own mental issues at the time and the “ballet trend” makes me so happy but at the same time so sad. Sad because I quit something I still love so much.

Te newsprint print is kind of eh for me. Could be done good in my opinion but on smaller pieces like a scarf.

Hear me out, do the ballet but for fun if you can. Mental health is important. If some aspects like the judgement and hyper fixation on the self and the body hurt you, it is good to take a break. But dance at home for yourself since it brings you joy. You can and should do things you love outside of productivity and being “seen”. ❤️ I hope you are feeling better.

I loved ballet Sm too but my family was not financially stable enough to continue my lessons so I stopped 3 years ago and I miss it a lot

DEF not a fan at all of the newspaper print. Some made it look good, but in my opinion, it just looks tacky and very...2020. I can't choose between the cottagecore style that you have because I aspire to be that SO MUCH. But at the same time my entire pinterest board is y2k/twilight core inspired and i LOVE both sm. I also love the new 'coconut girl' style thats getting kind of trendy for this summer, thats more of what im going for. cottagecore will FOREVER be in my heart, but i think just a few cute cottagecore pieces will have to do. I definitely relate to your "sunglasses don't look good on me" problem. I was the same kid in primary and high school. When I was younger, one of my biggest 'worst case scenarios' was having to wear prescription glasses. I now actually do wear prescription glasses and I spent over an hour trying out different frames at the shop and I think it really helped me to find an eyewear shape that suits my face. I highly recommend going to a store with a friend and asking them or the clerk for advice :) I also agree with literally everything you said in this video and your brown ballet heels are gorgeous!

Very new to people not liking dickies and cargos but it's nice to see the different opinions. The first cargos i ever bought were dickies and they've lasted me for soo long and overall they're just good quality pants I and i love the abundance in pockets that cargos have. But i do agree that that rolling down the dickies is a trend and will fall out of style but the dickies pants itself will last a long time for me and seems like a good investment due to their quality and just wearing dress/work pants.
