Just and FYI, I have that salad spinner and the handle broke, it is very flimsy plastic. I do not recommend it.

How funny that Kyle likes to match you on Sundays, my husband does the same. Our Goodwills have gotten so expensive and have not had much to choose from.

When buying furniture make sure you take measurements of your home. My daughter got a couch, loveseat, and chair and a half, but the front parlor is a smaller space that needs apartment size furniture. That room is now stuffed with furniture.

My kids are always excited to see all the decorations so I do it for my kids with bunny's and eggs when they are grown I will decorate less kid stuff but that why we do it for the kids

That was fun to see all the selections you found at the thrift stores. We have a neat place in this small town called the Nearly New that has many items reasonably priced run by the Woman’s Club here a really neat and popular shop. Homewares, clothing etc. thank you for your ideas for changing items you find!

I was really surprised with what you got and I was really impressed with a lot of what I saw on your video. I really need to go to the thrift stores. Hobbie Lobby is my favorite store ever. I could speed hours in there. I have gone to thee doller stores also. I was a bit a non believer about the DIY that you were talking about but I'm a beliver now I never thought you you could take that green vase and make it look so beautiful wow ! I can totally relate to the “sticker shock” you get at a retail store after you’ve been at thrift stores. I thrift fairly often and am surprised when I go back into a retail store how much higher the prices are.

Hi Amana. Happy Thursday! The green vase is my best find of yours. I actually have one but it's a very beachy blue. It's a little larger. Mine is on the floor. Also, greenery has come a long way. I got some nice Christmas artificial flowers at a church rummage sale. I use them now, 7 years later. I decorate for Easter since I host it. And I also love notebooks. Lol.

Same. The stems I have gotten from Temu have looked more realistic than similar ones at Michael's, which is all I have around me.

I went to our Goodwill a few days ago and literally got that exact same crystal dish!! And now seeing it in the video in Arizona. Hahaha.

You got some really good finds. I have done that paint method on some vases. I did a wooden bowl too and put little feet under it It looks like a stone bowl. I did not have any baking soda but used corn starch. I also dabbed some pepper on the wet paid. They all came out so good. Love your vision. You do such a great job with all your projects.

The diys turned out so good!

I was in Houston last year for a conference and I went to a Hobby lobby - omg - 3 hours later - it was sooooo cool! I wish I could find something similar in Milan. I bought a ton of greens and wreath making supplies. Please can you go to Michaels - I hear about it through content creators but have never seen inside one

I never thought about painting glass, especially in the manner you did, & I definitely may have to try that on some pieces I currently have!
