For any low-levels looking to participate in this, the Cremator requires a minimum of Level 30 to purchase. That means if you're not at least level 30 you won't be able to get the final event reward(s). You can do the other goals and get those rewards but that's it. Side note: It's kinda sad that Bathesda creates events that not everyone can fully participate it.

Ridiculous AF they would create an event that would exclude newer players. Especially seeing they are probably here because of the TV show.
