    @@DefensiveBJJ Sir, Do you go deep into your turtle system on your dvd's or are they short introductions to each move that you teach? I ask this because I am debating on buying the two turtle dvd's you have online. Please let me know and I have already added the panda and running man to my turtle game. Fantastic stuff.

    With this defensive system you cannot just take a bit of it, you have to really believe in the system and work on it in rolls. To start with you just get smashed and give up easy positions and hooks, but after a while you get better. My favourite positions from Pritt is the turtle and running man. Those two I've managed to improve on and use weekly.

    I used running man and baby bridge to defend side and mount last night against a very good brown belt. at the end of the round he said you are slippery af, I cant grab you, lmao. I was so flattered. The first time a higher belt didn't tell me I was "really strong" after a round, or "really good base"
