Being a Java developer I can say that whatever he has said is absolutely correct. You can get a job by just following some videos and doing a good amount of practice but if you really love coding you'll eventually feel incomplete and will crave for more knowledge but unfortunately you will not get enough time to spend on learning because of your job. So, it's better to invest your time in learning beforehand so that you can enjoy your journey as a developer. I would also recommend to follow the roadmap he mentioned and that will be more than enough for you to grab a job. But remember to know how much you should learn don't dive too much into a topic and also don't skip the topic without learning the necessary concepts. Great job man! keep it up... 👍

Really liked your video!! I was just searching some interview ques related to java so I saw this video. For placement students listen carefully !! companies don't need a experienced person for placement. I would tell my story I graduated in 2022 and got joined as frontend intern then engineer. now I am at sd3 (not in a tech giant) as Mern/Mean/database engineer. And yes you'll have to do any work company assigns you so by experience i can say just study one language and solve questions don't directly learn everything you cant able to do so and any company don't need this. you learn mostly by doing you cant make scenarios and cases by yourself. i would say learn java ,dsa solve questions and try small projects in any language mostly which is easy. he said everything right but you cant learn all this you cant make facebook or google directly learn concepts not language. last most important thing many would say you maths is not important for coding or bs basics trust me they are lying or they think its easy. Do aptitude questions and coding questions watch any premade project and try to change little bit by bit and make don't learn everything. Else you'll just be in loop.

If your codebase becomes big, which gradually happens for big applications(having more number of users), there if you know DSA you can write code that improves performance. Having DSA will always add butter to your paneer. Now, the thing is it doesn't matter much whether you have solved many DSA questions or not you know where to use which data structure and where to use which algorithm, and how to write scalabale and high quality code. I think that is enough ❤️

Finally someone said this....I was following one youtuber bhaiya for springboot development and in his roadmap hi skipped hibernate and spring and directly started with springboot and restful apis which is soo confusing you are just writing commands but not getting the actual and as a result i was not able to fix the bugs in my code . I was searching for a good detailed course for learning springboot and today I think I finally got it . Well many big tech companies dont even use spring boot and jsp servlets these are old technologies now. Most big tech companies are using Spring reactive as it follows asynchronous and non blocking approach. If you have good command on Spring boot you can learn Spring webflux definitely.

I have a query, why is it you're saying to go for JSP when it's totally outdated? Currently trend is for React Vue or angular even now AngularJs can be skipped. Next again why servlets too? Then comes why not spring Boot? The things you're saying contradict alot because in one way you should learn C++ for JVM working people can dive too deep for it. Now for spring framework and springboot also you're not mentioning versions. It's very critical for it. In start you go on about andha hoke follow mat karo and at the same time you're doing things that are too generic.

@@coderxankit that wasn't what I meant, people change from 1 thing to another with a purpose. JSP is outdated so there isn't much to learn there. If a person already knows front end then maybe for usecase he should learn it. My point here was we learn somethings with productivity in mind. Everything can be written in assembly language or C++ and as I mentioned Java is a C++ compiled JVM software. So if you go down that rabbit hole you won't get much. Instead why not learn react and JS which are more upto date and used by industries?
