Kentucky Buck or a Connecticut Break (Makes 1 drink)
- 8 Raspberries
- ½ oz. (15 ml) 1:1 simple syrup*
- 2 oz (60 ml) bourbon (for a Kentucky Buck) or gin (for a Connecticut Buck)
- ¾ oz (22 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 3 oz (90 ml) ginger beer
- Raspberry, candied ginger and lemon twist for garnish
Foam: Delicious but Optional
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1.5oz (45ml) lemon juice
- 1.5oz (45ml) earl grey foam
- 1.5oz (45ml) ginger syrup
- 1.5oz (45ml) dry vermouth
- 2 Nitro ISI Cartridges**
*Simple syrup: Mix equal parts water and cane sugar
** Entry-level ISI Canister (makes a mean whipped cream, too)
