Great striking man, I have a 2iron as well but its much easier to hit since its one of those new hybrid/driving irons, love it off the tee but even sitting perfectly on the fairway i never trust it enough since i get that same pull 4 fairways left or I chunk the earth out of it, i honestly do have the swing speed to hit it (im pretty confident i can carry it 220-225 without the tee) any tips on what you try to feel or what you do when you flush it?

For me personally i have to make sure I don't try to hit up on it... Otherwise I end up chunking it or thinning it. I usually hit it best when I feel like there's not much shaft lean at impact. Also I have to try not to swing too hard. Let the club do the work. Also, I struggle to hit woods or thick soled clubs off the deck, because it feels like I have to dig too much... I find that for me, it's easier to swing a smaller, bladed club and just pick it off the grass

Aside from that one push, driver looks pretty low launch and low spin. Playing mostly in windy conditions?

@@edge21str I usually hit really high drives, I think my AOA is like 5° up. I've had to hit them low since trying that driver shaft just to keep them in play lol.

Not sure... Haven't checked for a while. Probably 110-120? My PB when I was speed training was 133

That first drive looks like me with a shaft that is not stiff enough, works when you time it but it can unexpectedly hook. Idk though I’m not there of course

This falls in line with some suspicions I've had. Its really hard for me to feel the face with my driver. I think I need an x stiff. Kudos for the input 🤙

@@GarthOJ Well I was going to say if you were at 70g if you go down to 60g you could get more feel. But I don't think it's the feel why it's hooking. If a shaft is too soft, when you square it up it will whip closed and hook. It will also be easy to hang open like your 2nd drive. That aside with your speed it's safe to say you need to go stiffer than 60 stiff unless maybe it's Ventus velocore or some other premium shaft that is stiffer than most. Also sale posts in forums and the website Proclubs have the best deals on used shafts. Swing is solid👍
