Sir I have a question. Is it mandatory that we have to live together with the study permit holder in canada? I mean to say that my wife has got study permit for Toronto college.. but as a family, me and my small kid also want to travel with spousal and child visa with her. But there are my relatives who live in Alberta. Me and my son want to live with my relatives at Alberta until my wife's study gets completed.. doing so, it would be easy for us to get going if any problem arises.. please reply.. thanks..

After Medical, I got my Pre-arrival in next 10 days i.e 20th December 2021 but since I was 7 months pregnant at that time, I didn’t get my PPR. My son was born in February 2022, we submitted his documents, did his medical on June 2022 and finally received PPR for me and my son in September 2022.

No both are different. the one who has a PR can do a spouse visa and the one is on temporary or student visa can do a spouse open work permit.

Bhai mera 3 years ka course liya h india se mene to 3 yrs ka study permit h...lekin waha aane k baad agar me koi aur course change karta hu jo 2 yrs ka hoga ...to Is it compulsory ki muje 3 yrs padhai karni hi hogi yaa phir i can apply for work permit after completion of that 2 years course?..... Iska reply kardo bhai pls..apne previous video me bhi nhi kiya tha

bro lemme tell..first of all agar apne 3 years ka course liya hai toh aap usse downgrade nhi kar sakt. iska matlb ki 3 se 2 year par change nhi kar sakte ho..but in case karlia toh bhi apko 3 years ka pgwp milta hai because 2 or more years ki study pe 3 years ka work permit milta hai..

Yes. SOP needs to state your desire to return to India after your studies by showing strong ties back home.

Sab galat h I landed on 27th December I applied SOWP on 3rd feb for my wife She got PPR on 21st march Interestingly, I don’t have job , so no pay slip attached. I don’t use SOP letter for this file, got visa without SOP. Thirdly, we don’t go for police clearance as well. So there is no rules and specific criteria for files and documents. Only one rule that your marriage is genuine. I came and put my wife SOWP file after 1 month.
