At 2:06 the person is incorrectly using the mop. You just need to rinse it and don’t rotate . Basket for rotation is given side by side to it. Using mop like this reduce the life of rod from years to days.

I agree with Yoga Lakhmi , I had complained through my son about Spotzero Mini mop, on the second day it self the lock broke while cleaning, hence I am unable to use it now.Compliant was made on 2nd June through email,till now they have not done anything to replace the rod with lock,but they very prompt while delivering the product even there was lockdown.

Exactly, there should be seperation for soap and dirty water, this will just keep mixing clean with dirty water every time.

Same problem...apply some force..it's actually very tight...so if u apply extra strength it will straighten up
