Spotting at Lyon Saint-Exupery (LFLL) (HD)

Ғылым және технология

Saint-Exupery (formerly Satolas) is one of the main airports in France. There is lots of Regional flights. Recently, most of the A320s from Air France have been replaced by smaller planes like Embraers (ERJ-145), Fokkers (F70 or F100) and CRJs. One can see ATRs too. This video also features some classics: Boeing 737, an Airbus A320 and even a MD80.
What is amazing here is the small slope between runway and taxiway. Therefore, you can see in the second half of the sequence aircrafts climbing it, a strange and unexpected sight, especially for the 737 whom engines are very close to the ground.
Music is played by me, as usual. It is a medley at the electric guitar of two french medieval and traditional songs: "A la Volette" and "Pavane" by Thoinot Arbeau. They were big hits a few centuries ago. I find them interesting to play first in the Shadows style then in Metal Style (my first attempt). Why these songs? Because the popular french TV serie "Kaamelott" is shot not far from here and it features both.
