Quick afternoon trip to a local creek with the fly rod. Only a couple Spotted Bass and a couple Longear Sunfish landed. Started out fishing a Flugenzombie articulated streamer, but then switched to a Master Splinter mouse fly that was more productive. Once the first fall cold fronts come through the fishing should pick back up, the creeks need a good flushing out. Tight lines!
