The 450 is a great candidate it's not too heavy And as a tall guy I love the seat on the 450 it's so comfortable can't stand the concave seats where you're pushed up into the gas tank.

Doing a build on a 05' Sportsman 800. Just bought all the snorkel plumbing, black, with Ryobi green are the colors... thinking to myself as I am watching this what a pain in the ass painting the 45's green is going to be just as you whip out your blue bushings......genius! I will post a pic when done. Great vid! Thanks....

So I did a little twist on your idea. I rounded the side showing on your install down with a bench grinder. There was raised PVC lettering on the round end (Opposite of your install end) that I did not want to show, so I used an orbital sander and sanded those off. Sanded all pieces with 120 grit sandpaper. This is my paint process for plastic in case anyone is interested. 1.Rustoleum adhesion promotor-251572 ....2 coats about 5 minutes apart 2. Rustoleum 2X Key Lime (We call it Ryobi Green around here) 327871 3 coats about 5 minutes apart. 3. Rustoleum Acrylic Enamel Gloss Clear 271913... 2 coats about 5minutes apart. 4. Spraymaxx Clear Coat SK (2 part Epoxy-spray cans) .... 2 coats ( MUST wear a respirator and not necessary for these parts....I was working on some other parts and the cans only have about a 24-hour shelf life, so use it or lose it scenario...) Really pleased with how it turned out and big thanks to C&J Mud for the idea! www.amazon.com/photos/shared/xuHLZ31ZS9OaKC6eAeeRvA.lOzMJA5gNQDUP5ZkvPKIJB

Nice to see someone doing work on something other than top of the line models. These people spend $30k+ to trail ride when you’re top speed is 30mph. Only time something like that is beneficial if a straight away. I have a 2020 1000s RZR. I really like the videos done on the 900s. Keep up the great work!!

And when you do cement, you need to clean the male and female connector not just the male, and when you put it in it should go on amd twist a ¼-½ a turn into place to "lock" the glue. Or else its not bonded correctly, will it work in your application? Probably but its definitely not a solid bond as intended

@@240sxslideordie so the machine already has vent lines for the front and rear differentials, (they're just 1/4''hoses so they can breathe)stock they run up to the headlight. Some people extend the hoses or put bellows on to keep water out. Not totally necessary unless your going headlight deep a lot.
