I have crossed over BGS 9.5s without cracking. I agree much more likely cracking.

they do better cracked per my samples. I think it's psychological.

I think that it's a mix of things at the grader and the company level. Yes, two different grades may see a card differently, but the companies also grade differently from each other. I don't think that it's usually a matter of one company grading harder than another.

PSA should hire Daisy to grade cards.😀

Hi Steve, Thanks for your video centring on grading cards. Your reasoning about individuals grading the cards and NOT the grading company. It illustrates the truth that grading is subjective to the max. I had not thought about it before, but it’s absolutely true. Hope that you have a wonderful weekend. 100%. Humans are involved. Mistakes are going to be made. I have lots of 10s that should not 10s from PSA and SGC

I would argue from 14 years of doing PSA bulk subs and 5 of SGC bulk subs that by in large SGC grades truer to their scale grader to grader. PSA is playing the slots at this point

I always thought SGC was more consistent maybe do to a smaller workforce. Recently I feel like their modern isn't as consistent.

Hey Steve, love your videos and content. Great advice! I do prefer not having all the cutaways though. I find it distracting and jarring. It probably takes longer for you to edit also.

psa graders get payed minimum wage , they take about 30 seconds to look at your card they don’t use jewelers loops, probably why results vary so much

Everyone has standards. Some are just lower than others 😀 Should’ve called Kurt for the Starcade 😀 BGS centering has always been stricter. Completely agree about the graders notes. Hard to find good help these days. My coworkers aren’t afraid to be on their cellphones or callout 3-4 days a month. 🤪. That guitar solo looks like David Gilmore doing comfortably numb.

Damn ultra modern seems like an opportunity if the inconsistency can be in your favor. Seems like lazy graders with too much pressure to grade a certain amount of cards. Cards with no border seem to support that. Those were definitely not 60/40.

too many music cut-ins...made it a hard watch...just my opinion

Love your videos, but this one had too many cuts, and the guitar solo cuts during reveal were over the top and annoying.

And that’s exactly why I say, GRADING IS A SCAM!!!!!!

Why are people still making these videos. No sh*t you can turn a BGS 9.5 until a PSA 10. Make some more useful contact or find a better way to support your coke habit on the Miami beach scene. There's no reason i should care but yet watching society slowly crumble is not something i can do
