Due to their slim design, they do not increase the overall width of the scooter too much, so making overtaking at the lights and filtering through lines of cars still possible.
The mirrors can be mounted above or below the level of the steering assembly, although the lower option provides a better view of the road behind.
The opening on the headset left by removing the original PIAGGIO mirrors can be masked with suitable covers that are included with the set!

Q: Looks like you had longer grips and those bar end weights would restrict the throttle? Or did you install a spacer that wasn't shown?

Hey! Thanks for the comment! Yes! you're right, the grips that I had are the KOSO Apollo Heated Grips and they stick out like one inch longer, when I used to have the Bar End Mirrors with these grips I added some spacers so I can have good clearance on my throttle as I did on this video below, check minute 04:20 and 06:10 from this video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/mnabzslte5qtdNI.html I didn't mess with the spacer on this video because I am currently using the DoubleTake Mirror and I was not going to leave them permanently, but it was my mistake not showing that crucial part! Is it better than the original vespa mirror? Do you have trouble seeing behind? Can I see wide angle?

Hey! Thanks for the comment! Yes you can see really good with theses and they are really good! But it all depends on what you’re looking to achieve, if you are looking to customize and get a different look/style of the Vespa, these would give you the more sporty/clean look, but if you’re looking for comfort and safety, the OEM or any other that offer the same height and wide view would suit you more, the OEM mirror are really good and stable, these Bar End Mirror are also petty stable but don’t offer a wide view as the originals. It all depends what you want! Peace✌️
