Hold up, I totally thought she was unaware of the song name and thought he was just asking her if he had to talk her into the song or give a lil intro, ya know? It's so interesting because the name for the song was perfect for that specific moment.

My Guess -- since they are on an INDIE Label --- Get Less Promotions. SAD -- You have to Sell your SOUL to get that.... Compromises.

Thank God there are still bands like this around today for an old fart like me to enjoy.

Best performance ever of this station, easily.

Grammy worthy great writing and composition.

This is exactly what I'd expect from these guy, they always seem to exude cool and originality with every release.

alex and I were in first grade together whens Spoons first album came out. always been super talented, so weird to see him play with them though.

Spoon doesn't disappoint, like, ever.

This is the only version of Can I Sit Next To You I want to listen to. Those "Bollywood Strings" are off the scales insanely good. Great cinematography and love the look.

Spoons are made for eating soup, cereal along with food of that sort not making awesome music but here they are in the flesh doing just that. Incredible.

I just knew them on Austin Limits fest. This performance is great, and Pink Up is the greatest. OMG.

It makes me a little sad that a band as great as Spoon isn't generating 10M views on a video. I've seen them a bunch of times, and I met them at an autograph signing. Just fantastic in every way.

For the record, this may well be Spoon's greatest opus.. the cohesion and tone make this a timeless piece of anyone's listening repertoire. Still fantastic 6 years after seeing this live. ♥

I discovered this band when listening to Modest Mouse radio on Pandora. The first time I heard the sound I had to step out of the shower just to see who the band was!

K Bishop they were in Lollapalooza in Argentina a couple of weeks ago. I was walking around and heard 'can i sit netxt to you' and the sound stucks in my head.. now im discovering the band lucky me ⚡👌😊

These live versions sound a lot better than the ones on Hot Thoughts, to be honest. Much rawer and more energy put out by the band, doing the stuff that Spoon does best.
