Always add rational when explaining procedures please

Ermm please always remember to consider patient's likes and dislikes. And also ask if she's comfortable on bed

She clearly stated that she's brought her favourite food! It means she likes it and went further to adjust the bed to make patient feel comfortable. Paitient didn't complain because she was comfortable and liked the food she was fed!
