Original version? In what way? Your video description even credits the source material for the edit. The totally obvious sound quality change starting at 1:40 and ending at 3:45, gives up the game at calling this original. Additionally a few scenes of the cartoon seem to be missing if you look really closely. Just sayin'...

Actually it's from 1937 same animator as The Skeleton Dance but wrong studio. Ub Iwerks directed this one while at Columbia.

Things we know about skeletons: They’re spooky and scary. They send shivers down your spine. They’re shrieking skulls that’ll shock your soul and seal your doom tonight. They speak with such a screech. They’re so misunderstood. They only want to socialize. (but I don’t think we should) They shout startling shrilly screams. They sneak from their sarcophagus. (and just won’t leave you be) They’re spirts supernatural. They’re shy. (what’s all the fuss?) They're bag of bones which seem so unsafe. (it’s semi-serious!) They’re silly all the same. They’ll smile and scrabble slowly by. (and drive you so insane) They’re bones will be broken with sticks and stones. They’ll seldom let you snooze. They’ll wake you up with a boo.
