I emailed them this week and they said that the pilot program is closed and that I can apply directly on the Alberta health services site for vacancies. I did and just waiting on a response.

You don’t. After applying you should get an email asking for you to upload your CV, bachelors degree, unofficial transcript and your BLS certificate. I know this because I just got the email to upload all these
