SOMASUNDRAM MANIKAM : You would have understood that telugu has been eliminated in Hyderabad because of hindi as it is largely spoken in that city.. In the same way, Tamil will be eliminated in chennai if hindi is adopted

In Telangana Urdu, Hyderabadi Hindi and Telugu is spoken. Influence of Nizams in Telangana helped in spreading of Urdu. Nizam himself was a patron of urdu. But in Andhra Pradesh Hindi/Urdu is very less spoken.

இந்தி மட்டுமல்ல, எந்த ஒரு மொழியையும் கூடுதலாக கற்று கொள்வதில் தவறே இல்லை, அப்படி இருக்க இந்திக்கு மட்டும் ஏன் இவ்வளவு எதிர்ப்பு? மத்திய அரசின் பணிகளுக்கு போட்டித்தேர்வு வருகிறது என வைத்துக்கொள்வோம். எல்லா மாநிலத்திலும் இந்தி இருப்பதால் இந்தியில் மட்டுமே தேர்வுகள் நடைபெறும் என அறிவிப்பு வருகிறது அதில் இந்தியை தாய் மொழியாக கொண்டவனும் இந்தியை கூடுதல் மொழியாக படித்தவனும் எப்படி போட்டி போட முடியும்? அது எப்படி சமமான போட்டியாக இருக்கும்? இதனால் பாதிக்கப்படபோவது இந்தியை கூடுதல் மொழியாக படித்தவன் தான்!! தாய் மொழியில் கல்வி கற்றால் தான் அறிவு வளரும் இல்லையேல் ஆங்கிலத்தில் பயில வேண்டும்., ஏன்? ஆங்கிலத்தை ஏற்றுக் கொண்ட நீங்கள் இந்தியை ஏன் மறுக்கிறீர்கள் என கேள்வி எழலாம். ஆங்கிலம் இந்தியாவை பொறுத்தவரையில் எல்லாருக்கும் அந்நிய மொழி. எனவே திறமை உள்ளவன் தான் அதில் ஆற்றல் பெற முடியும். ஆனால் இந்தி ஒரு பிராந்திய மொழி எனவே அதில் ஒரு சாரருக்கு, அதாவது இந்தியை தாய்மொழியாகக் கொண்டோருக்கு எளிமையாகவும் இந்தி பேசாதோருக்கு, அதாவது இந்தியை கூடுதல் மொழியாக படித்தோருக்கு கடினமாகவும் இருக்கும். எனவே மத்திய அரசுப்பணிகளுக்கான போட்டித் தேர்வுகள் ஆங்கிலத்திலேயே இருக்க வேண்டும். இந்தியில் வைத்தால், இந்தி மட்டுமன்றி அட்டவணையில் உள்ள 22 பிராந்திய மொழிகளிலும் வைக்கவேண்டும். இதுவே level playing field. போட்டி தேர்வுகள் இந்தியில் மட்டும் தான் நடத்தப்படும் னு நாங்க சொன்னோமா என கேள்வி எழலாம். அதுக்கு பதில் ஆதார் கார்டு அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படும் போது அது எதற்குமே கட்டாயம் இல்லை என்று தான் சொன்னார்கள். ஆனால் இனிமே கக்கூஸ் போக கூட ஆதார் கேப்பார்கள் போல இதுவே அரசாங்கத்தின் லட்சணம். இது ஏதோ பிஜேபியின் திட்டம் என நினைக்க வேண்டாம் காங்கிரசும் பிஜேபியும் இதில் கூட்டு களவாணிகளே. -- ராக்போர்ட் சந்துரு வுடன்
