FAS, stop selecting short, chubby GKs into the national setup. Hairul Syirhan along with other competent GKs in the league will always top your regular callups, in this case; Syazwan Buhari and Zaiful Nizam. Hell, even Fashah Iskandar deserves a shot at this point.

Building up is a major issue without a left sided CB and Seia not dropping deep to help out. Geylang pressing high, overloading centrally, stopping the 1st phase build up. Subsequently, not enough combi play to break the press and venture into space. Without a more defensively minded central midfield player, always open to transition attacks. Gavin got a lot of major decisions to make to bring more balance to the side.
