I grew up in a family with 6 siblings. Quite honestly, ALL of my christmas presents were lame. But I always appreciated them. Just having something wrapped with my name on it, was an acknowledgment that someone was thinking of me. I really can't have any empathy with these spoiled kids.

I am 25 years old and I live in the Netherlands, I've never ever had a single Christmas present, we just didn't do it. Back in my day, it wasn't that common to get presents at Christmas, we all went out for the day with the family and now at this age I always really look forward to Christmas, to just enjoy the holiday with my whole family! I think having a family without fights, where everyone really enjoys being together is the best present!

A few Christmases ago, when I had an Xbox 360, my dad bought me and my siblings the games we wanted but Xbox one edition, I was confused but didn’t fuss. Then my dad told us to go to the kitchen and look inside the laundry basket and to my surprise there was an Xbox One. Best Christmas ever! 😄

You know its not always about the gifts it about spending time with your family. and these kids are greedy there was a time in my life when i was 7 i didnt get christmas because she could not afford it and this proyram heard abot me, my mom and my brother and they got us alot of presents it wasnt what we wanted but we where happy for what we got. There was one year i asked for a picture of santa because relly wanted a picture of him because i thought i would be cool.
