I think it's because they are more used to domestic environments than outside stage life: I saw two of my cousins like this: one was like Matt Cohen's child: chill at public atmosphere, because my uncle has had a lot of transfers and lived on the office quarters with all his colleagues and their families in different states, while my other cousin is more used to indoor life, who became cranky as soon as she was out in the public realm, and it stayed up to her ninth year.

I think part of the reason these guys have such a mega fandom who love them so much is because of things like this. Treating their fans like their extended family and showing off their kids. I don't even like kids but I have to admit this cast have produced some adorable children. Misha is the most adorable dad.

Absolutely. I've just gotten into the fandom recently, and watching these are almost as good as the show, and the stories they tell, while re-enacting them is hilarious. It's so great to see actors treating their fans like people who actually like them and the show, rather than just people who want to spread gossip, which is the vibe I get from most actors. I have a theory that one of the reasons is that Supernatural having very little romance compared to most shows, means that they haven't really had the constant gossip and sneaky photo-taking from fans trying to find out whether they're actually dating a co-star or not (a bunch of romance-fantasy shows/movies had a really bad case of this). But still, it's amazing to really get to hear all the great stories from them.

I've been watching videos of them with their kids all week so this is perfect

Misha's and Crowley's children are the cutest.

What I like the most about this is that they're just all like a family. I never had anyone beside my real family that were so close to us but I think it's something incredible nice especially for kids.

It's nice to see the daddy's spending time with their kids and bringing them to work, especially since we get to see the soft or extra soft sides to the actors who play tough characters. (Dean, Crowley).
