oh goodness. this has got the best brake to drift in any racing game. so much depth in this mechanic. thank you for showing your techniques. i didn't realize this stuff btw, can you do it in any car? like, what's the different between high stats drift vs low stats drift? is it the same results?

Thank you, I really appreciate it! I made this video mainly for the firestorm, but a lot of this works the same with any car. Braking without a gas release will do the same with any car, a brake tap mid drift will make the car float outwards to avoid a wall, etc. How well it works will depend on the car and how well it drifts, and I can’t think of any car off the top of my head that doesn’t follow these rules to some extent

I swear this game has better brake to drift handling model than most if not all of the NFS games that have it. Imagine if HP2010 was like this.. Thanks for the information! Now i can see why i keep getting passed by those annoying rubberbanding AIs

No problem, I'm glad to help! Yeah, I really love the amount of depth that this game has regarding just the pedals alone, not to mention the drift mechanics and how acceleration works (which I will cover better in the next vid I make, whenever I get back to these lmao)

the same driving techniques apply, pc may have very slight differences but all of what I mentioned here will work there too
