The leading theory is, she's in the autism spectrum and just can't convey emotions with as much intensity as everybody else. Also her playing with the grabber toy is often interpreted as stimming.

They are not stretched at all, but the heads are smaller to fit the props and Scenes better😆 Thats why they may appear bigger
