After listening to this song, it made me not that sad even though I didn't win the splatfest. This song made me think, "why am I playing this game?" And the answer to that is, "because I love this game. If I don't like it because I keep losing splatfests, then why would I still play the game?" It made me think that this was something really important in my life, since I never showed interest on something specific for over a year. Usually my interest on something specific only lasts 2-3 months, but splatoon made me show interest for over a year. So basically this song made me really think how important this game series is to me.

Splatoon 3 is the end of the squidbeak splatoon saga and deep cut isn't a part of the squidbeak splatoon so i think they tried to get out the most squid sisters and off the hook content out there so splatoon 4 can have some deep cut

@@cowfin06correction: they technically are. But off the hook however aren’t. But Off the Hook’s story is pretty much wrapped up so deep cut could have a chance in splatoon 4 but it’s pretty unlikely.

I have a insane fear of death but for some reason when I just sit down and do nothing and listen to this song i feel like someone is telling me “it’s okay there is nothing to be afraid of” I think this song was just made for me.

As this game’s life cycle comes closer and closer to and end, the more i wish it could have gone on for longer. But at the end of all those thoughts, i’m still happy this life changing game happened at all. I’ve met and bonded with so many friends and made so many memories over the course of a year a half. I’m a Splatoon fan for life at this point.

This song is gonna hurt so bad when Final Fest is done

I hope this is something they keep for every SplatFest onwards and not just for the anniversary one

Im gonna actually bawl my eyes out when this or onward plays in the splashback. This game has left such an impact on my life. Ive met so many amazing people and developed great friendships and made life long memories because of this game. It has been a great year and a half.

It was a surprise ❤. I thinking is this a new song. So I stood outside near Deep Cut and listen it was wonderful. I went around town and you can hear it's echo of the song. I was like what is the name of the song so I went inside the lobby, then the jukebox to look for it. Cause it was also playing in the lobby and I found it, now I'm adding to my hearing list💙💛🤍. P.S. The Squid Sisters also did the same thing back in there home town playing the end credits of the 1 Splatoon brings a tear in my eyes.

splatfest is over!!! this song's genuinely getting me into the feels lmao. can't wait for the results though, go team frye 🔥🔥

After the idol fest, I already knew big man was not going to win because of all the shiver simps lol. But I still worked so hard over those three days spending hours on end playing. I kinda regret it. That weekend was the most I had played Splatoon in months. And when the splatfest ended and I was at the plaza listening to this… I almost burst into tears. Splatoon has made up so much of my life and I love the game and this song is really special to me. :)

Even though it says daybreaker this soundtrack got stuck in my head at night

The first time I heard this I almost cried. After all I had been through during the Deep Cut splatfest. I had won a 100x battle with my friends, 2 oh which haven’t won a 100x before. I had played almost all weekend and when it was all over this song made me ok with it, it made me happy I was there instead of sad it’s over. For this reason Daybreaker Anthem holds a special place in my heart.

This song for me is the last day of summer camp in Boy Scouts. I have so many good memories of those trips and the last day was unforgettable.

I played this song on New Year's and it just finished when 2024 began

I don't play PvP much, I picked up Splatoon 3 mostly for the singleplayer and Salmon Run; though on the recent Splatfest, which was also the first one I was ever able to attend, I did my best for our team. Even though everybody did their jobs amazingly, we ended up in second place; not that I'm dissatisfied with that, the experience was amazing! ...and then immediately after the results broadcast ended, I got hit with this. I'll be honest, even though the 7 Super Sea Snails we won allowed me to get my favorite gear into usable state, this song was much greater of a reward.
