The Golden State Warriors defeated the Boston Celtics, 123-107. Klay Thompson led all scorers with 34 points for the Warriors, while Stephen Curry added 32 points, 6 rebounds, and 7 assists in the victory. Jaylen Brown (31 points, 9 rebounds) and Jayson Tatum (18 points, 7 rebounds) combined for 49 points for the Celtics. The Warriors improve to 14-13 on the season, while the Celtics fall to 21-6.

This was an early test, the Warriors were playing the best team in the NBA in the Celtics, and they got it going with the venerable Splash Brothers! They've been a favorite team of mine for years now, it's so special to see the Warriors still in tact in a league that's constantly changing. There're my pick to win it all for no.5, the DUBS are making NBA history!
Klay is looking better on offense AND defense. It just took awhile for him to get back to his old self.

Overall I love the rule changes from last season - too many guards jump into defenders trying to draw fouls - but I feel like (especially this season) Curry is getting no calls. Golden State in general rarely shoots any freethrows. Really weird.
