Unbelievable that Sportsnet literally got rid of every analyst or host I like other than Elliotte Friedman and Jeff Marek. Shannon, Kypreos, Cherry, and Doug MacLean being gone is awful to a point where I skip all intermissions now.

Know nothing about hockey, but I played a Rangers golf outing with Nick Kypreos is the coolest guy ever. Amazing golfer too.

I met Nick's dad recently he's had some health issues. But great guy...humble..he was wearing a Sportsnet hat. N I said do u know someone who works there?...he's like. My son ..wits his name I say.nick he says,lol...in front of camera or behind?...in front.....u get picture,.....anyway I chatted with him for an hour while I did my job....he complimented me on gd job n I felt great rest of the day......he's a gd man...period

Was at the 2014 Mem Cup in London, Kipper was doing the Sportsnet thing, I came out of the restroom, looking down at my phone like an idiot, I'm 5'8" and 200 lbs., and I "bumped" into some clown that just about dropped me with incidental contact, that was wearing a suit and tie, it was Kipper! He said sorry, but man, he was solid! Good times! Great guy!

I grew up in The Bay, remember Kypreos and Dave McIlwain were the best players but I think that was later in yhe 80s wasn’t it? The year they lost to the Generals, I remember going to every home game that year.
