The beat is sampling someone talking about giving a blowjob. The theme of the freestyle was fucking, and that's not even all he talked about in this song. In the song he put out immediately before this one he rapped about his father getting molested by his music teacher, his sister being on coke, and his grandmother not attending his father's funeral. Like how much more substantive does a rapper have to be before you listen to their lyrics? Plus, he's like 24? He's been popping since he was 17. Fucking is a big part of his life, so he raps about it. Maybe you should go find an incel rapper, so you can relate to them better.
