That dude was hauling 😂 they crack me up when bump one in a field and you see that periscope head go running across the grass.

That one in background has that roar to his gobble, usually a good bird when they do that.

The fanned out turkey is an adult male turkey. The decoy is a juvenile male turkey.

it’s not about a gun, bow, or knife. you are 100% entitled to that belief, but i’ve been studying game species management for almost 4 years now. a few main reasons hunting is still prevalent today is to keep early traditions alive, preserve and use the land we have, feed families for cheaper than any store bought foods, and mainly to keep each game species at a safe population for the ecosystem. most game species have tendencies to either overpopulate breaking carrying capacity and forcing the species population to crash leading to a trophic cascade down the entire ecosystems food chain. so hunting isn’t about going primal it’s about making sure we get to keep this outdoorsman lifestyle kickin

Nothing is wrong using decoy, is perfectly legal to do so during turkey season, now if you bait, have fun when you get caught, baiting is frown upon in hunting..
