chitra soundarapandian stop rubbing your eyes. Sleep well in dark room for 6-7 hrs per day. U can use alpha arbutin serum or cream on dark circle area.. It reduces that pigmentation. Avoid sun exposure by wearing sunglass. Drink lots of water and juice. Use any eye cream for protection. U can cooled green tea bags on undereyes. Sometimes because of iron deficiency.. U. May get dark circles.. So iron content check panikonga.. Iron rich foods sapdunga. Vitamin K rich food is good for dark circles like green leafy veggies, sprouts and spinach.
