Spiritual Warfare | Stephen Lane | Jacob's Tent

Ойын-сауық

Join us for our Wednesday Night Bible Study with Steven Lane and the Jacobs Tent family.
In this weeks Bible study Stephen Lane asks the congregation, "Where are you at with spiritual warfare?".
This message addresses the tactics and weapons the enemy uses to distract God's people.
How can we protect and defend ourselves spiritually?
If you are enjoying this live stream, PLEASE consider sending in an offering, tithe, or donation to help us continue spread the gospel free from Jacob's Tent. We work hard to make sure this is an enjoyable experience to our online community, but it doesn't come without a price.
Give online via the Jacobs Tent app, our website, or text any amount to 84321 to support this ministry. Yahweh bless you and keep you! Shalom.

“I need to learn to fight the way my Father fights...” When you showed that clip of the men and women dancing...SO POWERFUL. “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Ephesians 6:12

HOW to fight spiritual warfare has been MUCH on my mind lately! I suspect, in an overall sense, we, as Believers, have become fat and lazy. I've been praying for Instruction. This teaching was, I hope, the beginning of an answer to that prayer. I'd also add that, at least with myself, I see much of that battle is within and with myself. 🤔

I'm on my 3rd repeat of this video! So interesting! Loved It! What was the reason Enoch was excluded from the Bible? One of the reasons was Because in Chapter 86, it speaks against Abortion

Thank You Abba for a brilliant and TIMELY presentation! I never cease to be amazed at how quickly YOU respond to what YOUR people need even before they know they have a need. I have no way to share/learn about how this fast is going for all the other brethren, but merely an hour prior to watching the broadcast, the enemy took a couple of "shots across the bow" that I confess "rocked the boat" a bit. Fortunately, I was positioned to call on Elohim and stay the course with HIS steady hand at the helm. I think we might need to be ready for some new challenges as we go into the 2nd week of this fast. Just my thoughts... Thank you Steven for putting forth the time and effort to create and present this information. It's ironic that I was drawn to pull The Book of Enoch down off the shelf recently. Many thanks to Jacob's Tent for being a "willing vessel to minister to all of us scattered throughout the earth. Shalom from Alaska!! 💝

My favortie part: "There are some people at Jacob's Tent who know a bit about how HE fights, and to learn from them. So, I'd like to share some observations that I've been watching the last weeks, months, that I feel like HE's been showing me since I started this little adventure...I'm going to mention a few things that I've observed... One of these Captains plays right up here on the stage. We all love to hear her sing, we all love to hear her play, but sometimes while she's playing, her hands come off the keyboard, and sometimes, the head that is up singing comes down a bit and if you see that, you better watch out because something's about to come out of her mouth that should probably be written down. I'm gonna call what I learned from that Captain there, DEEP SUBMISSION, and I define deep submission as It's when you're SERVING IN YOUR PURPOSE, you;re engaged in your routine, you're doing your thing for THE KING. But you're always aware that the SPIRIT MAY INTERRUPT, and we have to be open to it, because that interruption will be the vital thing at the moment that could change everything!" (Thank You, our sweet, Precious Melody!)

Enjoyed this teaching. Does this congregation teach/learn about casting out demons in Jesus' Name as He said we would? Thank you.

I encourage you to research the history of Christianity. It is a 100% pagan religion created by the pagan Baal worshipper Constantine in the year 325. Essentially it is ancient sun worship that was revamped. Constantine also created a new god for his state religion by combining the most popular god of the East - Krishna, with the most popular druid god of the west - Hesus. His sages voted with a show of hands with 161 votes for and 157 votes against Hesus Krishna. Constantine then officially wrote this new god into the books of law. This religion later became known as Catholicism and thereafter Christianity. From this religion originated every single one of the more than 4500 Christian denominations. Hesus Krishna became Iaso Christos and was written into the first translation of scripture as such. In the next translation he became Jesus Christ. There is not a single historical record of a Greco Roman Hesus Krishna, Iaso Christos or Jesus Christ that died 2000 years ago for anybody’s sins. But there are records of a Hebrew man called Yahushua (YHVH that came to save), who lived 2000 years ago and was executed on a stake, not an occultic cross, to restore Yisrael in covenant with the Creator. By the way, the universal grammar rule that applies to translation is that names are NEVER translated. So these variances has nothing to do with translation. The simple fact is just that the Greco Roman Jesus Christ that was inserted into scripture by many successive dishonest translators, is NOT the same as the Hebrew Yahushua. They are not the same person and these names are not interchangeable. All of the 2.4 billion Christians, - keep the sabbath of Baal on the first day of the week, - the gregorian Baal calender, - the gregorian day that starts at midnight, - all of the feasts of Baal like new year, Christmas, Halloween, good Friday, Easter Monday, lent Valentine’s Day etc etc. - they eat unclean. - they abhor the Eternal Unchangeable laws of the creator and teach that it was abolished. None of their feasts or practices are Scriptural or were EVER condoned, taught or observed by a single prophet, disciple or the Hebrew Messiah. Instead, ALL of them exclusively observed and taught what Scripture states; - the Sabbath of the Creator on the seventh day of the week, - the Creator’s calender, - the Creators’s day that starts after sunset, - the Creator’s seven prophetic feasts, - they ate clean, - they observed all other laws that applied to them. The dishonest translators also removed EVERY single instance where The Name appears in scripture, and replaced it with a common noun - god, as well as the translated Hebrew title of Baal (it is a title, not a name), which is “Lord” when translated - almost 7000 times in total. Scripture warns us urgently and explicitly to NEVER EVER change anything in Scripture, whether by adding to, or taking from. The Father also warned us not to ever call on other gods; Exo 23:13 “And in all that I have said to you take heed. And make no mention of the name of other mighty ones, let it not be heard from your mouth. There are obvious reasons why Hebrew people just cannot accept the Torah-less, Torah violating Greco Roman Messiah with a pagan name, that is presented to them. They are correct in rejecting that false one. Deu 4:2 “Do not add to the Word which I command you, and do not take away from it, so as to guard the commands of יהוה your Elohim which I am commanding you. Messiah’s very last words to us utters the same warning, this time starting the penalty along with it. Rev 22:18-19 For I witness to everyone hearing the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to them, Elohim shall add to him the plagues that are written in this book, and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, Elohim shall take away his part from the Bookfof Life, and out of the set-apart city, which are written in this Book. One of the many problems with pagan Christianity is that they practice magical thinking - wanting to fix all their problems instantly with the name of the pagan Greco Roman Jesus, instead of submitting to the Eternal Unchangeable Words of the Creator in Unconditional obedience. Another problem is that they treat the Creator’s words like a buffet - all the delicacies / promises, they eat. When it comes to the Eternal Unchangeable laws of the covenant, they utterly reject that. As soon as they repent and become obedient, and return to the safety of the hedge of Torah, most of their problems will disappear automatically. And yes, Torah is for EVERYBODY, FOREVER. Num 15:15-16 ONE law is for you of the assembly and for the stranger who sojourns with you - a law FOREVER throughout your generations. As you are, so is the stranger before יהוה. ONE Torah and one right-ruling is for you and for the stranger who sojourns with you.’ ” And yes, the covenant was made with ALL of mankind - it is not just for the “Jews”. Deu 29:14-15 “And not with you alone I am making this covenant and this oath, but with him who stands here with us today before יהוה our Elohim, as well as with him who is not here with us today.

@@hurryslow1 I was (to be honest) upset as I began to read your response. I am thankful I pushed past the offense of my flesh and listened to what you had to say. What a thoughtful contribution you have given. I can find no inaccuracy in the information you've shared here. I pray that others who come across your comment can take a moment to ponder what you're actually saying. I believe it matters tremendously. Narrow is the Way and few find it. May we strive to always share these Truths in a spirit of humility and love. Shalom.

I have listened to Jacobs Tent since I first found it 1 year ago. However, my Spirit is not ok with the study's of the book of Enoch. I'm very sad to see this teaching. It's not in the Holy Bible because God did want it as part of the Holy Scriptures. I with sorrow will no longer listen to Jacobs Tent 😟.

Some of the Spiritual, Biblical points you made are great. But I've never heard a speaker take longer to say something. This message could have been given To The SPS with a truckload less distractions. And should have been. The Sabbath is not a time of 75% entertainment. What was the reason for speaking again?
