I was there at the oval when rocker did his first Ollie blunt on the vert ramp. The whole place just erupted. A special memory, of happier times❤

good stuff 🔥🔥This was a fine time for skattyboarding, street skating was blowing up and rather than sit through videos of the Bones Brigade skating ramps you would never see and 99% of skaters had never dropped in on a vert ramp and neither would they want to - you could watch this and go and try the tricks down you local steps, stoked to skate. But then - bloody hell we got the big pants small wheels madness, trying the same tricks while pushing like a maniac to trundle at a snails pace to a halt was ridiculous, particularly in the UK with its rough surfaces. luckily it was only 3 years ish before everyone found their sanity again and realised, f**k we look really stupid.

Salty dogs knobs. Great vid. I remember it was great getting a British skate vid at that time. Id had couple of years of American vids by then. It was much needed. Having only ever seen photos of moul, Rocker, Dosset. Etc. In mags. I remember in late 89 or maybe in 90 the was a ramp comp on tv with Dosset, Danz, and others. Either channel 4 or BBC 2. I think it was on program called 7 sports. Im gonna try find it on KZread. Bye

Has this video been sent to any "important" places , as a documentery of our times? It should be as it is excellent and i can still smell most of the spots! Nice one.:) UK had some heavy skaters
