Pile #2, My husband passed from COVID December 2020, together 35 year. It came out of nowhere. I am moving forward and hoping to find a new purpose and love for my new life

Pile #2, and spot on. "The event" happened late January and I've definitely taken time in Hermit mode. I was blindsided and it was gut wrenching, but at no point did I let it break me. I immediately amped up my self care and filtered all the love I had back into myself before I even knew what I was consciously doing. My heart and soul are still fractured and very much healing - it will be some time before I let the door open again, but to my surprise, my confidence is higher than it's ever been. My response to the trauma has shown me how much I've matured and how strong I've become, so for that I'm both grateful and tremendously proud/amazed of myself.

Pile number 2 here. You hit me straight to my heart. I lost someone very important to me, recently. He was my strength, my support and the love of my life. I was sooo attached on him that till now I am in shock that in a blink of an eye, he is not available anymore. (He didn't die btw; but I will not be able to reach him anymore). I guess the hardest part for me is that, I was not able to say goodbye. I am still in a lot of pain. And i've been crying my heart out daily. Pile #3: You’re kidding me! I just love this. I’m a PhD student who is trying to get pregnant and wanting to finish my experiments, write my manuscript and thesis and defend my dissertation in the next coming year with a child. I feel like you’ve just given my all the confidence in the world.

Oh Sami I feel your pain. I lost a son in 2016 and only this past year have I started to recover. Last month I lost another son. The shock is still with me. I have been in terrible physical pain where the first time it was more mental. I chose pile two and it feels very true for me.
