i remember playing this when i was 13, this game was a amusement park to me.

I wish it has more updates Slower than tf2

Still love this game, don't want to let go. I got my motivation up more from this vid, I want to contribute to gray Havens after studies °^°

its a very nice and cool game and i played it 3-4 years back and the servers were full. now the servers for online playing are down but its so nice to play this game again

Today I logged back in for the first time in 5 years and I had so much fun. I would really just love to see a massive boom of old vets just returning and shooting the player count up from 200 to maybe over a thousand.

My cousin owns a small video game making business and i keep trying to convince him to buy spiral knights and to make it the game we all expect it to be with more added content and music and community. I loved this game in 2011 i was ten when i started playing didnt reach vanguard until just recently because of school and joining the military i just didnt have time until the coronavirus. But i love this game dearly and i hope it spends a spark of life to get back up and in the game again!

Have you guys talked how to fix Spiral knights first? give back the regenerable amount of energy and use of it at the elevators and change/remove how missions work

Personally I do not believe the game is dead, dormant is a better word for it. As long as there are players and as long as the servers are up and running, I will not consider this game dead. When I think of dead games I think of that kinda thing, or franchises that the creators clearly have no intent to bring back. Couple of examples that come to mind are Dark Spore (you can't even run the game anymore because of server DRM) and Midnight Club (Rockstar isn't going to make another MC game simply because GTA V and RDR2 print infintie money so they won't bother). I also get the feeling that if this game does eventually come to a close, there will be a dedicated group willing to get the game back up and running through community servers, kinda like vanilla WoW or hell even ToonTown. I don't really have my hopes up but I'm also not one to worry about the inevitable, so I'll just keep playing the game every once in a while as i get in the mood for it without worrying too much about the future. At this point all we can do is hope for the best.

I would really love to play it again if there's a server for Asia...

Hey! You know what? What you have said about is true... I think the game is less people than before right sometime walk in the heaven I and there is only me on the map different from 8-9 years ago... There's not a lot of update but still something update like turbillion that we have wait almost a decade XD, and their are still have new player here... Especially this week I saw... How? I still get emotional over only meeting a really cool guilt then having to leave later, i also knew some others but got rid of the account, i said my pc broke and would be back but it's been a couple years and I checked couple monthes ago. i remember the first time i played, i was playing team fortress 2 all the time, and found out you could get a hat in the game for getting to a certain point in this game, so i got it, started playing it, and loved it, i havent played since, like... around 2013 or something, and i started playing at around 2012 or 2013, so i was either 12 or 13 or 13 or 14 depending on the year, i tried to go back to it a while ago but a friend told me it was being shut down, so i didnt bother, turns out that wasnt true though

I'm debating if I should try playing some of this again been a long time. Maybe some new content to play and buy since I quit. Think I had like 300k gold when I quit

Ive been offline since 2016 or 17 i actually miss it and might log back in i think i was a defender elite

I played this a lot when I first saw friends play this and joined them, but then at some point a lot of us took a break from it-- Myself included. Then a few months later, I came back hearing about how much it's changed with the quests 'n stuff... But what I wasn't told about was that they added the stupid alchemy orb things you use to refine your weapons... :/ I could barely do much because I barely had anyone who was willing to help me with Lord Vanaduke because he dropped when I needed to refine my weapons... Which I think you also used to up your armour tier too? It's been a long long time, and I'm surprised this game's still up. Though no doubt that the alchemy orb system is still there... Dared not play since... It was just too tedious for me and I wasn't going to cough up cash for it. :U At least, that was my experience upon my return and haven't gone back since.

there is new content released recently so soo much for the "museum" part

A lot of people played this game as a kid, and no, its not dying, spiral knights was not a very popular game to begin with, all in needs is some recognition

Bring it back. Go long on. Open that fucking game. They'll give it updates if it is popular.

There is a bug in the game which is the game is dying and I am going to bug report that saying to them Bring the game back to life because it's a very nice fantasy RPG

Got the game a few months ago, I joined way too late

I really wish they make a Spiral Knights 2 like what happened to maple story 2

Then, maybe we won't have more content or new lore but the game will be preserved?

They should make SEA server. I've been goin back and forth with this game since i love it so much but repeatedly heartbroken because i can't fight well against faster enemies such as Kats. Please make SEA server T~T

i would gladly play if they could remove my ban. tried to ticket after the companies changed but i got a negative answer

If the game hasnt updated is years then is dead. Me a Vanguard since 2013 i can say theres nothing else to do there unless the daily missions but thats not enough, we need new content and they obviously had given up on SK, they obviously receive lots of money through people buying energy, that money doesn’t cooperate to the game development, SK turned out to be a money making now without the developers spending any cents on it.

One of the reason why the gane is dying because of the old playe bad review. Of course the old player experienced a lot of changes that made them unhappy but let the new player experience the game. Let the new player have fun with the game. Dont encourage them to not try the game.
