Indominus Rex and Indoraptor are hybrids with DNA from various creatures inluding T - Rex. They are the most apex killing machines of jurassic park franchise and there is no way a baryonyx can kill an Indoraptor.

This battle was epic but emotional as well.Baryonix through out the battle tried to help out spinosaurus against indominus Rex but indoraptor got in his way. Spinosaurus ends up winning against I-rex but loses his cousin relative baryonix
