Great job!! Sir, I am also suffering from grade 1 spondylolisthesis with bilateral pars defect. I am 34 years old and approx 61 kg wait. I feel lower back pain and sometimes mild leg pain which has started only recently however my lower back pain is chronic(5 years old). I am exercising daily, also taking physio therapy. I can walk, stand and sit but long sitting and standing causing pain. Do I also need to go for surgery or I can manage my disease with these conventional medication. Please suggest. Thank you.

@@ncnc7371 I feel better now. Though I have other complications, a disease called Ankylosing Spondylitis. My leg pain and tingling on the feet has reduced significantly but i still feel pain in my lower back on long sitting. I have changed my medication and I am currently seeing a neurologist instead of a spine surgeon or neuro surgeon. And I have benefited a lot. I wish you speedy recovery!

Dr sb my l4 l5 s1 was operated last year after this one month infection occurs and then went to 2nd operation .neuru segen operate me and Dr take out disk and take out the infected area and do the back bone grafting. Dr advise me completely rest for 50 days. After completing the bed rest Dr advise me to walk slowly graduly I recover and go on my job Dr sb I feel some numnes and bearable pain
