If they touch their heels to their buttocks after hanging for 10 seconds or so, they could crack their spine real good. I had a L2 compression fracture due to a bus accident in high school. Used to have a stiffness in my lower back that caused me discomfort everyday since then even while walking. One day I hung from a pull up bar and I lifted my heels to my butt and the weight of my legs made my spine cracked so loud and the feeling of it scared me but after walking for half a mile I noticed my back didn't had the stiffness anymore. Did it two more time the next few days until it didn't cracked no more and ever since, for last 16 years, I never had to decompress my spine.

Is there any exercises that come to mind specifically for an instability of the thoracic spine? I have been dealing with excessive recreatable cracking in that area specifically for some time now, associated with pain from time to time, sometimes even the rib joints. It's getting increasingly annoying, because nothing seems to be working to address this specific area for me :/ Thankful for any pointers or advice!
I find that if I start having pain issues it's always because I've been neglecting a certain angle or movement in the gym. I had issues with my lower back the last two years and I've almost cleared it all up in two workouts just by doing t-bar row and zercher squats again.

I'm suffering from a slipped disc, lateral pelvic tilt and anterior pelvic tilt. I've done the McGill big 3 for months now and having seen any improvement. I think I need some first, that's going to align my hips first then it'd be more easier to see results with the other workouts.

I still don't understand how 1st technique works. Side plank and bird dog I kind of figured out and already doing for month. But what should I feel doing modified curl ups? All I can fell though 1st exercise is burn of neck muscles and zero feel to abbs, instead I can feel burn of abs just holding legs straight above floor.
