I don't think that everything is right. First: the white ramus is medial and the efferent simpatetic fibers, from the lateral horn, go into the simpatetic ganglion thought the white ramus. Now, in the simpatetic ganglion (paravertebral ganglion) can go to do some sinaps up and down to other paravertebral ganglion (cervical ganglion). But, from the paravertebral ganglion can follow two pathway: one, to do some sinaps to the prevertebral ganglion, and the postganglion fibers will reach the internal organs; or, from the white ramus ( we can find it only in the lombar and toracic nerves) -> paravertebral ganglion , the postganglionic fibers can reach the salivary glands, vessels of the upper arm... thought the grey ramus and go for example in the ventral ramus of the ventral root. Let me know what you think. :)

Thank you for the comment... most neuro anatomy book shows white rami communicans is lateral... can you please give me the reference where its specifically mentioned white ramu communicans is medial to gray rami communicans... so that I can update it...what you said regarding multilevel sympathetic synpases is correct... thought of explaining it in detail in the upcoming videos about sympathetic system... others details you pointed out is mentioned in the video... thanks once again for the inputs... 👍🏻
