Very classic recipe of spinach and corn sandwich in CCD style :) Healthy recipe loved by kids too :) Please do try .....
Ingredients
3 cups spinach chopped ( Appx 1 medium bunch)
1 cup sweet corn boiled
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp mixed herbs or italian seasoning
1 tsp red chilly flakes
salt to taste
1tbsp maida or all purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup processed cheese grated
Bread slices as required
Butter as required to apply on bread
