So proud if you Jess. You really help me with your logical thinking something I am lacking due to a relapse for quite a while now. Also I feel less alone knowing I am not going crazy when I find going to therapy exhausting - totally relate, my husband doesn't understand although he is 110% supportive. By the way you are gorgeous and I love how real you are. Take care and stay safe xxx💖🦋⭐🍁😘🌻

Thank you so much! So grateful for your support. Therapy is so exhausting but so worth it! It’s hard for others who don’t experience it to fully understand, but as long as they support you that is so amazing!! Sending you so much strength- you can do this! Xx

every time i think about recovery, i think that i could just go back to eating how i used to in this instant and it would be easy and i would gain weight (which i am terrified of), so i realize if i could go back to eating like a pig (which i was) in such a short time, i don´t have an ed and i should just continue with what i´m doing. i can´t really articulate this feeling, i´m not even sure i have an ed, you know? i feel like going back to eating everything and not counting and stuff would be so easy, so why would i do it, if it´s just gonna make me gain weight? and i don´t need to do it cuz since it´s so easy, me not eating anything i don´t know the calorie count of or staying within my calorie range is just a lifestyle i choose to lose weight and not an ed? i´ve been trying to make sense of this for a really long time and i don´t even know why i´m writing this out, you just seem like such a nice person who won´t mind my rambling nonsense haha.

I am sorry you feel this way. Even if you feel unsure, I would suggest you seek medical assistance to help you understand why you feel this way and what's best for you and your health x

Omg no! Your diagnosis and feelings are still valid and you need your doctors to support you in your recovery. Xx
